Lindy Rock
CEO
Lindy has used her 20 years of executive assistant experience to create Rock Solid Administration. She works with small businesses, entrepreneurs and big corporations to streamline their administrative staff. Lindy wants clients doing the work that best suits their strengths and hiring Virtual Assistants to do the work that doesn’t. Her priority is to help clients set and achieve their business goals. Lindy will always hold clients accountable to the standards they set. She is happiest when she can help achieve targets and make a business more successful by taking some of the weight off her clients shoulders.
Trish Eckley
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Trish brings with her over 20 years of professional work experience in customer service, administrative services and corporate event management. She earned her CSEP designation (Certified Special Events Professional) in 2015. She is also a graduate of NAIT’s Special Event Management and Office Administration program. She loves the variety of clients that she gets the work with as a member of the Rock Solid Administration Team.
Brandi Chorney
WORKFLOW GURU
Brandi believes that preparation is the key to success. In her 15 year career, she’s worked in several small companies that taught her the importance of being a team player. She is always willing to jump in and help out to resolve any issue. Brandi loves problem-solving and finding methods to improve routine tasks to be as efficient as possible by streamlining outdated techniques.
Karen Johnson
Captain of Multitasking
Karen has over 25 years of combined experience in customer service, administrative, and assistant services. She has been focusing on the administration side of real estate for the past 5 years. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse groups and may be best known for her congenial attitude. She loves “taking care of the paperwork”.
Melissa Caravella
Administrative Wizard
Melissa is a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant. She has more than 10 years of experience providing executive-level support. Melissa has exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle many different tasks. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and can-do spirit are also key assets that contribute to her success. In her free time she likes spending time with her family and friends and reading a good book.

Angela is highly organized and has a keen eye for detail, which makes her thrive! With 10+ years of experience in administrative roles, she brings a proven track record of providing efficient and effective support.
With a background in the medical field, she understands the importance of confidentiality and handles sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Whether it’s managing calendars, coordinating events, or providing crucial administrative support, Angela is committed to ensuring that every task is executed with precision and a smile.
Outside of the office, you can find her near any body of water she can find, soaking in nature, and most likely fishing!

When the chaos hits, Cortney turns it into a checklist – and then gets it done. With a background in hospitality and professional services, she’s built for fast-paced, high-pressure environments where priorities shift and details matter. She’s the go-to for executives and teams who need someone reliable, resourceful, and always one step ahead.
For Cortney, it’s all about making things work better – bringing calm to the chaos, cutting through overwhelm, and keeping the day on track. Whether she’s managing a packed calendar, coordinating timelines, or spotting issues before they arise, she brings sharp thinking, calm energy, and a whole lot of follow-through.
When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her hiking year-round (yes, even in the snow), paddle boarding when the sun’s out, getting lost in a good book, or baking treats that rarely make it to the freezer!
