What kinds of tasks can I give you to do?
We have a team of dedicated admin professionals, so there is not a task you can’t give us. Our main tasks we are asked to do are: email management, scheduling, invoicing, social media management, blog writing and posting, website maintenance and event management.
How much does it cost?

What security measures do you have in place for my passwords?
We have a password vault called Lastpass. We store any sensitive information in there and we NEVER keep it stored on our computers or paper. We change the password to the vault once a month.
What is the minimum time charge when working on my projects?
For anything we start for you, the minimum time charged is 10 minutes. We charge for calls and emails. We try to bundle as much work for each client as possible so you are getting the most effective use of our time.
Would I be working directly with you (Lindy)?
I am so happy to have built an amazing team of administrative professionals who can help you. I only take one or two clients a year now as I’m concentrating on managing my team and growing my business.
What are your main methods of communication?
We are happy to communicate with you however you like. We use email, Slack/Trello/Asana, text, phone, whatever. As long as we communicate, we will be good.
Are you willing to sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement?
Willing? We insist that there is a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement in place. It’s part of our intake process. As soon as we agree to work together, we will send you an agreement that, once signed, is stored in our system.
How do I let go of control, trusting that someone else will do the same work to my standards?
We take the time to get to know your voice. For the first while, until you see that we have it dialed in, we send you proofs of everything we are doing. We are really open to feedback so please, talk to us and let us know what you like and what we can improve.
How can I get my images or content to you?
We normally ask that clients share a Dropbox folder with us of their brand identity files and any content they would like posted. Once the folder is shared, it can be updated with any information whenever you need to.
We also have clients who prefer to use our Slack channels for sharing content and information.
How do you invoice?
We use a system called Dubsado to invoice. We send an invoice at the beginning of the month for that month’s hours. So for instance, if you start with us on January 1, we would send you an invoice due January 5 for the amount of the package you chose.
