Lindy will always hold clients accountable to the standards they set. She is happiest when she can help achieve targets and make a business more successful by taking some of the weight off her clients shoulders.

With over 20 years of combined Customer Service, Administrative and Project Management experience, Amy is delighted to have found a home at Rock Solid Administration. She loves the dynamic environment that allows her to utilize all her skills and to also learn and perform new skills with each and every client. Tatiana has over 15 years’ experience in office administration. She has looked after social media, business events and worked extensively with customer service relations. She enjoys being creative and thinking outside the box. She has a passion for helping people and this position allows her to combine all her passions into one.
Kim Conran – Administration Aficionado
Kim is a creative, organized, problem solver who lives in the details and loves to design templates, brochures, databases, and forms. She is not afraid of technology nor learning new programs, though she often says that Excel is her favorite. With diplomas in Business Management and Computerized Accounting, as well as certificates in Conflict Resolution and Management Skills for Administrative Professionals Kim has the training as well as the experience to get the job done. Over her 15-year corporate career she has held positions from Receptionist, to Executive Administrative Assistant, to an Office Manager and has performed just about every task you could think of in an office environment.
Carlene Pfeifer – Project Princess
With experience in finance, land administration and social media, just to name a few, Carlene is able to assist our clients with a wide spectrum of projects. She loves when she gets to put her creativity to good use and take a clients vision and make it come to life.
