Lindy Rock – CEO

Lindy has used her 15 years of executive assistant experience to create Rock Solid Administration. She works with small businesses, entrepreneurs and big corporations to streamline their administrative staff. Lindy wants clients doing the work that best suits their strengths and hiring Virtual Assistants to do the work that doesn’t. Her priority is to help clients set and achieve their business goals. Lindy will always hold clients accountable to the standards they set. She is happiest when she can help achieve targets and make a business more successful by taking some of the weight off her clients shoulders.

Sarah Ellis – Company Culture Catalyst

In every day life Sarah is best known for her humour and get it done attitude. Her strengths include project management, communications and finance. Her passions include copy writing, thinking outside the box, and finding a better way. This unique coupling combined with her background, education and experience make Sarah a great fit for the Rock Solid team and as a support for your business.

Amy Kramer – Spearhead of Specifics

With over 20 years of combined Customer Service, Administrative and Project Management experience, Amy is delighted to have found a home at Rock Solid Administration. She loves the dynamic environment that allows her to utilize all her skills and to also learn and perform new skills with each and every client. Amy has a passion for helping clients feel organized, effective and successful.

Richelle Kozdial – Details Diva

When people describe Richelle Kozdial, “organized” is often the first response, followed by helpful and friendly. Richelle’s love for people leads her to help others whenever she can, both through her work and in the community. Her exceptional eye for detail is evident in all of her previous work. Over her many years of marketing, event, and volunteer management, Richelle has developed many administrative skills that would benefit any business. Taking your vision or needs and filling in the steps to make it a reality, sets Richelle’s heart afire and that leads to better profits for you. Let’s get it done!

Rebecca Nantel – Solution Savvy

Throughout her 15 years career, Rebecca has worked in fast paced customer service and administrative roles. She brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills to the Rock Solid team. Her attention to detail, ability to multitask and her overall enthusiasm are what help her clients reach their goals.

Trish Eckley – Workflow Wonder Woman

Trish brings with her over 20 years of professional work experience in customer service, administrative services and corporate event management.  She earned her CSEP designation (Certified Special Events Professional) in 2015. She is also a graduate of NAIT’s Special Event Management and Office Administration program.  She loves the variety of clients that she gets the work with as a member of the Rock Solid Administration Team.

Ann Kornuta – Social Media Superstar

Ann has over five years of experience managing social media accounts and communities, she brings solid organizational skills to maximize content visibility. She is also known for her creativity with strong design and art skills working as a photographer, illustrator, and videographer. Ann has many hidden talents from persuasive copywriting skills which she brought over from her years writing for published works, as well as having customer service and management experience.

Jarin Pintana – Operations Ninja

Jarin is multitalented and up for any challenge. Her degree is in English and biological sciences but she is a master of marketing, social media, and sales. She’s a passionate wordsmith and loves writing and editing. As a seasoned gymnastics coach, she’s well versed in goal setting, accountability, motivation, and discipline. She loves that as part of the Rock Solid Administration team she can help a client’s vision become reality.

Brandi Chorney – Workflow Guru

Brandi believes that preparation is the key to success.  In her 15 year career, she’s worked in several small companies that taught her the importance of being a team player. She is always willing to jump in and help out to resolve any issue. Brandi loves problem-solving and finding methods to improve routine tasks to be as efficient as possible by streamlining outdated techniques.

Amber Edwards – Digital Dynamo

Amber is an entrepreneur with a degree in Microbiology and Nutrition and a passion for learning. With 10 years of customer service experience and Amber has taken her fast-paced problem-solving skills into sales, marketing, and eCommerce. Her passions include copywriting, campaigns, branding, event planning and anything that calls for creativity. A true nerd at heart and willing to learn and grow, Amber loves helping businesses organize, create, and execute all their goals.
